My mission is to relieve your back pains,
to relax neck and shoulder tension, to treat scoliosis, slipped disk and disk herniation.
After relieving the pain we will acquire correct movement habits
and a healthy routine to prevent its recurrence. Through the Paula, Tragerand Rolfingmethods we will mark the milestones and advance in the process.

Study Course for Experienced Therapists outside Israel

The course for experienced therapists includes 4 full five-day workshops.

Structure of the workshops

1. Back workshop

2. Side workshop

3. Front workshop

4. Psoas muscle workshop.

And an additional workshop: "Building the Therapeutic Process".
This is a workshop that summarises the material studied and teaches how and when
- in what order and in what cases we should use the extensive and diversified knowledge
acquired in the previous workshops.
It also serves as a general repetition.

In addition: private lessons and individual treatments, which greatly advance the
understanding of the material studied and the ability to use it creatively and effectively.

"Coming from the Core" Workshop - a three-day workshop, or alternatively
"Coming from the Core and Opening Fascia" Workshop - a five-day workshop.
Both are possible as an introductory workshop before commencement of the training or as
a further studies workshop.

Advanced training:

Two possibilities of advanced training:

1. Specialisation in structural work - learning a series of 10 structural treatments based on the Ida Rolf approach.

2. Specialisation in movement - integration of the complementary movement approaches of Rolf, Trager and Paula for an extremely powerful therapeutic tool through movement only.

The preliminary requirements:

Employment in the field of touch and/or movement therapy (qualification or in process of qualification, in one of the known methods including anatomy, physiology and pathology studies).
Participation in a preliminary workshop, or receiving personal sessions, before commencement of the studies or in the course of the first workshop.
